Hi, I have been trading the markets for many years (42 years old). I bought my first option at 21 years old, back in 1989 and have traded equities starting before the great 1987 equity crash.

I am a technical trader that believes in waiting for high probability trades.

My belief is that most people are involved in the markets too much, engaging in marginal trades. For this reason I coach students to trade Break Outs off of a specific pattern called the ‘Hunt Volatility Funnel‘. This pattern occurs regularly across all markets and timeframes and allows for technically placed Stops both for loss and profit takes.

I have a broader interest in economics and macro trends – the best surfers know how to catch the biggest and best waves!

I have an MBA through Bond university, undergraduate study in programming and the school of ‘hard knocks’. I am married with 3 children, and love charts, the markets and helping people achieve their trading goals.
